The frames of TBD sunglasses are made from bio-acetate, a material that is 100% biodegradable and recyclable. Handmade in Italy by experienced craftsmen, the glasses are characterized by a subtle yet bold aesthetic.
Each hinge is manually riveted and assembled by hand by the craftsman.
The Pleat model is a tribute to the tradition and functionality of Italian design, a pair of prescription glasses that can be transformed into sunglasses with a clip and a simple flick of the wrist.
