3. Collection and Use of data

Every access to our homepage and every retrieval of a file stored on the homepage will be logged. The storage serves internal system-related and statistical purposes. The following are logged: name of the retrieved file, date and time of the retrieval, amount of data transferred, message about successful retrieval, web browser and requesting domain.

Additionally, the IP addresses of the requesting computers are logged.

Further personal data is only collected if this information is provided voluntarily, for example in the context of a request or registration. Cookies are used.

4. Data handling on this website

Information is automatically collected and stored in log files that your browser automatically sends to us. These are browser type / browser version, used operating system, referrer URL and time of server request. However, these are not personal data. A personal reference is not possible. - in the event that disclosure according to article 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. c) GDPR is a legal obligation, as well as

- if it is legally permissible and in accordance with article 6 para. 1 S. 1 lit. b) GDPR and it is required for the settlement of contractual relationships with you.

6. Your rights

You have the following rights with respect to the personal data concerning you:

- Right to information (Article 15 GDPR),

- Right to rectification (Article 16 of the GDPR)

- right to cancellation (Article 17 GDPR),

- right to restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR),

- Right to object to processing (Article 7 (3) GDPR)

- Right to data portability (Article 20 GDPR).

You also have the right to complain to us about the processing of your personal data by a data protection supervisory authority.

7. Security advise

We endeavor to store your personal data by taking all technical and organizational possibilities so that they are not accessible to third parties. When communicating by e-mail, we can not guarantee complete data security, so we recommend that you send confidential information by post.

8. Transfer of data with online orders

If you want to order in our online shop, it is necessary for the conclusion of the contract that you provide your personal information that we need for the processing of your order. Mandatory information necessary for the execution of the contracts is marked separately, further details are voluntary. We process the data provided by you to process your order.
