Simply log in to your customer account. -
Your progress
You will automatically be admitted to the Bronze level as soon as you have spent 5,000 € within a year. You can reach a higher level at any time if your spending exceeds the next threshold.

How do you use our new MJ's Club tool?
1. Log in to your customer account via the menu at the top right or via the widget at the bottom right: MJ's Club.
2. You will now see your benefits in the MJ's Club tool at the bottom right. If you have Silver or higher status, you can view and apply your personal voucher there.
3. In the first point under Loyalty Program, click on "Redeem voucher" and then on "Apply". Your discount will be automatically deducted in the shopping cart and checkout.

How can I become a member?
Visit our showroom or our website and create a customer account. Your orders and the order volume will then be calculated and assigned to the relevant level.
Please note that membership may also be linked to your personal purchasing behavior in addition to the criteria of your purchasing history. We reserve the right to change your status in individual cases.
What advantages does the program offer?
As a member, you enjoy exclusive benefits such as discounts, personalized advice, access to limited collections, invitations to private events and experiences as well as free shipping and returns. Read about the exact benefits in the different levels section.
Are there different levels?
Yes, the program includes several levels based on your shopping behavior. The more you shop with us, the higher you move up and the more benefits you receive. You can find all the information further up on this page. You can also contact our support team at shop@michaeljondral.com
How can I check my level?
You can view your current loyalty level at any time in your online customer account or by making a direct inquiry in our showroom.
Is my status transferable?
No, you cannot transfer your status. They are tied to the member account and can only be used by the account holder.
How do I redeem my estate?
You will receive a personal voucher which you must enter at checkout and your discount will be deducted.
What happens to the turnover if I cancel my order?
If your order is canceled, you will not be charged for the sales you have redeemed.
How long is my status valid?
Your status is valid for the last 365 days. To maintain your status, you must achieve the associated turnover again within the year. You can then continue to enjoy all the benefits of your membership.
What happens in the event of inactivity?
If you do not make any purchases within a year, your status will be adjusted.
