Thanks to its collection of vintage knitting machines, McGeorge is able to knit with the same yarn thickness and fabric texture as it did 60 years ago. Tradition as a model for the future!

Likewise, the styles we’ve curated have a legendary history. According to this history, style icon Steve McQueen had his personal favorite pieces made at McGeorge’s knitting mill: on the one hand, the traditional Aran cable-knit sweater, and on the other, his particularly beloved shawl cardigan.
