MJ'S DETAILS

The RESOLUTE Model 714 is an authentic five-pocket jean inspired by the classic Levi's 501 from the early 1940s. Typical of this era is the reproduced denim, which develops an almost fuzzy texture with wear and becomes very comfortable to wear. The exposed copper rivets on the front pocket, as well as the slightly higher waist with a straight leg line, are also characteristic of this period.

In the U.S., it became known as the “war model” during World War II. Due to wartime shortages, the few manufacturers were forced to simplify various specifications. RESOLUTE faithfully reproduces the unique details of the vintage war model, such as the “donut” top button engraved with a laurel wreath, a coin pocket without rivets, and wider belt loops.
The Model 714 is the ultimate expression of Resolute’s authentic vintage style.

RESOLUTE brings this original style into the present day and uses exclusively Japanese denim woven on traditional "wooden looms." A must-have for denim aficionados!
