Our friendly relationship with Douglas Cordeaux, the owner of the legendary Fox Brothers mill, led us to Kenichi Kusano. He is the founder, designer, and owner of Kenneth Field. A Japanese collection whose pieces draw inspiration from the tradition of classic workwear, U.S. Army icons, and the classic Ivy League style. Kenichi—known to his friends as “Kenny”—is a one-of-a-kind one-man show, driven by immense passion and a meticulous attention to detail.

Here are his "Flight Puff-Pant" pants. These are quilted pants modeled after the early inner pants worn by pilots in open biplanes. This style was also used by mountaineers. The orange color is very distinctive, as it offers high visibility and can save lives.
