The sports shoe "GTA - German Army Trainer" comes from the archives of Novesta.  Its history is almost a parody of the Cold War of the 1970s. Originally developed by adidas for the German Armed Forces, the brand had this model made for them, by the political opponent in the Eastern Bloc. Apparently, this contradiction was neither a problem for the West, nor for the communists in Czechoslovakia. The foreign currency was more important than the political world view. Now the production of the "GTA" has been revived by Novesta at historic production site.

Each pair of shoes is made by hand in the historic manufactory.

The distinguishing feature of this shoe is the natural rubber sole with the structure originally designed for indoor handball.

Half sizes we recommend to choose the next whole size. Example: 42.5 buys 43!
