Dear gentlemen! The days are getting shorter, the sun is slowly disappearing and the temperatures are slowly, but steadily falling - reason enough for us to start with an autumn / winter pre-collection.
The composition of the collections is characterized by timelessness, craftsmanship and a tribute to our most important style icons: Steve McQueen, Cary Grant & Gianni Agnelli.
Whether in the tasteful design of our leisure looks or in the sartorial world - the iconic taste of these style icons must be preserved and reinterpreted in a contemporary look.
The Pre-Collection Highlights
Michael Jondrals personal highlight of the pre-collection is the Herringbone Shetland jacket by Orazio Luciano. It is a homage to the personal favorite piece of Steve McQueen, which has found (and still finds) worldwide attention in a "Herringbone" version during the film "Bullit“.
For those who like it more exclusive, the unique Pied de Poule jacket made of Loro Piana's pure camel hair will be a great pleasure. Of course, this jacket comes from no one else than Cesare Attolini and captivates also this season with an unmatched degree of craftsmanship.
MJ’s Key Pieces and His Love for Details
During the years of our successful cooperation with the trousers manufactory Rota, we have developed and refined our models of trousers.
This season, our Rota trousers are saddled with more sartorial details than ever before. These include, in particular, the so-called "side adjusters", which have already been worn by Gordon Gekko, as well as the "love" for pleats, which give every pair of trousers a sartorial flair.
But also the section around the Caban jacket in its most authentic form by Sealup or the down jacket interpreted by Moorer, count to MJ's personal key pieces which can be perfectly combined to every autumn / winter outfit.
The Carmina Tassel-Loafer, which is decorated with a braided leather strap, as well as the especially designed Penny Loafer with contrasting handmade seam - both with a light high-tec sole as protection against the autumnal weather - are part of the pre-collection details, especially designed for Michael Jondral.
